We always advise clients when booking on the phone what they need to do prior to their tan, this way we hope that everybody is prepared.
We advise all clients that we have recorded the colour in their personal file and if they would like to change either lighter or darker we have the choice of solutions to help them.
Always exfoliate the day before prior to the tan. And on the day, no moisturiser or deodorant. Deodorant can make the tan turn green!
