1) Variety, but not too much
2) Less fat and fatty foods
3) Spicy but not salty
4) Not much sweet food
5) More wholemeal products
6) A wealth of Vegetables, potatoes and fruit
7) Less animal protein
8) At least 8 glasses of water per day
9) Smaller meals more often
10) Make tasty and nutritious food

Ways of making U fit & healthy

Drinking can provide fast energy replacement without any related feeling of satiation. As this energy has no parallel nutritional value, especially when it comes from lemonades or even alcoholic drinks, it is recommended you cut down this type of drink as much as possible.
Exercise is a great way of maintaining a healthy heart and a healthy body. By exercising you are increasing your bone strength, improved sleep patters & reducing anxiety, increase joint range of motion & flexibility.
The human body responds well to exercise and your heart and lungs improve.

Vitamins and Minerals

Vitamins are a great way to supplement your diet if you don't get a chance to have a balanced diet.
Vitamins are best taken in dosages spaced throughout the day rather than all at once to maintain a proper levels of intake. If you are planning to take them all at once, be sure that you have a large meal to help with the absorption.


If you have trouble with sore, aching muscles....

If you suffer from muscular aches and pains, there are plenty of suppliments you can take to help settle it down.
First off, there is a product called MAGNESIUM. You can take this a few ways:
1 ) Take it in tablet form 2 a day to start off with.
2 ) When taking a bath- Epsom Salts. Gets into the muscles and helps them relax.
3 ) Lots of green, leafy vegetables.

There is also 3 products called Glucosamine 1500, Fish oil and Evening primrose oil. These are great, because you notice a difference after 4 weeks of taking these, and they give you more support and more movement in arthritic and tight joints and muscles.
Doctors & chiropractors have also said that if you reduce your acid intake (meaning no alcohol, junk food). By eating more alkaline foods such as green leafy vegetables, nuts, salads, potatoes etc) will reduce your muscle aches and tension.
